How your order reaches you, what it costs, and what to do if something is not right.

Delivery charges
You see the delivery charge at checkout. Small items travel by courier. Furniture and large items are delivered by our own team, and we confirm the charge with you by phone before anything is sent.
Delivery times
Ready-to-ship items leave the studio within 2 working days. Made-to-order items show an estimated lead time on the product page, counted from the day your advance payment arrives.
Checking your delivery
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours, and we will put it right.
Returns
You can return ready-to-ship items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery is paid by you, unless the item was faulty or damaged.
Made-to-order and custom items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, because they are made specially for you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by your original payment method, or by bKash or bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders, within 7 working days.
