Using this site
The designs, photographs, drawings and text on this site belong to Osthir Studio unless stated otherwise. You may share links and short excerpts with credit. Please ask before reusing images or designs.
Prices and orders
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated. An order is accepted once we confirm it by phone or email. If a price or availability error is found after you order, we will contact you before charging or producing anything.
Made-to-order products
Made-to-order products are built for you after you order. Production starts once the advance payment is received. Natural materials such as wood vary in colour and grain, so each piece will differ slightly from the photographs.
Services
Design, engineering and consultancy services are provided under a written proposal or agreement for each project. That agreement takes priority over these general terms.
