What we collect

When you place an order, register for a workshop or send an inquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, contact details, delivery address, and anything you write or attach. We also keep a record of payments and order history.

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymised information about pages visited and the device used. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfil orders, run workshops, respond to inquiries and keep you updated about something you have asked us for. We do not sell or rent your information, and we only send marketing messages if you ask to receive them.

Files and confidential information

Files attached to project inquiries are stored privately and are only accessible to studio staff. If your project involves confidential technical information, tell us and we will agree a confidentiality arrangement before you share it.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting. Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted after two years.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. Some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
